Ronald K. Warren (Owner)

Hi, I'm Ronald K. Warren. I founded MI Premier Lawn Care, L.L.C. in January 2026 to provide services that my property management company, Delt Property Management, L.L.C., does not offer. Our emerging company specializes in residential lawns ranging from one-eighth to one acre. We believe our growth depends on being trustworthy and decent, treating customers as individuals rather than just a means to our financial end.

MI Premier Lawn Care, L.L.C. serves the cities of Flint, Flint Township, Flushing, Burton, and Grand Blanc. Our services include, but are not limited to, mowing, edging, blowing, and leaf removal.

The first step is our consultation. Before customers choose a service agreement, we schedule a free consultation. We meet with them to discuss their budget and lawn needs. The second step is to determine which plan fits their budget while helping maintain a beautiful and healthy lawn.

Additionally, we offer our lowest rates to customers who sign up for one of our service agreements. One option is our weekly lawn service agreement, where customers agree to have their lawns mowed every seven (7) days or every fourteen (14) days, provided weather is conducive to mowing. The other option is our biweekly service agreement, which includes mowing the client's lawn every other week.

Company's Social Responsibility: At MI Premier Lawn Care, we believe that all individuals, groups, businesses, and institutions have a responsibility to the communities they belong to, and communities have responsibilities to their members. MI Premier Lawn Care will offer significant reductions to residents in their weekly lawn care agreements. We want to help families enhance their home's curb appeal.
